SHIPPING POLICY

We ship Australia wide using Australia Post as our delivery service.

If you have any questions do not hesitate to call us on 

If you place an order before 11:00 AM, it will be processed on the same day once the payment has been verified. If you placed an order on the weekend, you will have to wait until the next business day for the order to be processed and shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed and can take 1-3 days to process. If there is a significant delay, we will reach out to you directly.

Shipping rates and delivery time

All items are shipped from Sydney. It typically takes 1-3 business days. However this may be delayed due to covid-19 restrictions on our couriers. 

Orders placed before 10 AM Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day.

Orders placed on the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday.

Shipments maybe slightly delayed if we are experiencing a higher than usual volume of orders, but no later than 2 days to process.

Shipping starts at $15 flat rate Australia wide - for all orders via our website. 

Different shipping rates apply for bulk orders and international.

International Shipping

We are able to ship internationally but only for bulk orders. Please enquire for bulk order rates.


    Damages

     

    Quality Medical Supplies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order was damaged, please contact Australia Post to file a claim.

     

    Reshipping charges

     

    Quality Medical Supplies will resend parcels that have been returned to sender if non-delivery was caused by QMS. However if the order was returned due to being given an incorrect address or not being collected by the customer then a reshipping fee of $15 will apply.
